About Me
I'm a web developer with a passion for building tools that help people. As a Computer Engineer and Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), I graduated from Leading University, Sylhet in 2021.
I created WordleSolver to help Wordle players improve their game using information theory and frequency analysis. Our solver achieves an average of just 3.3 guesses per puzzle—better than most players and even NYT's WordleBot!
Beyond Wordle, I'm the CEO & Founder of NextProTips, Devsdemy, and Top10Bests.com. I also teach programming on YouTube, Udemy, and Sahadat.dev.
📖 My Wordle Journey: From Player to Problem-Solver
"It was January 2022. I had just broken a 47-day Wordle streak on a word I'll never forget: CAULK. I sat there staring at my phone, frustrated—not just at the loss, but at myself. As an engineer, I knew there had to be a better way."
🎯 The Beginning: Day One Player
I discovered Wordle before it went viral—back when it was just a quirky little game made by Josh Wardle for his partner. I remember playing puzzle #42 and thinking, "This is brilliant." The simplicity. The daily ritual. The way it made me feel smart when I got it in 3 guesses.
By the time The New York Times acquired it in early 2022, I was hooked. My morning routine became: wake up → coffee → Wordle → work. I had built a respectable streak—47 days—and I was proud of it.
💔 The Streak-Breaker That Changed Everything
Then came CAULK. Five letters. One word. Zero clues after my second guess. I burned through CRANE, STOLE, DIMPY, and BUMPH before running out of guesses. The gray tiles mocked me.
That night, I couldn't sleep. My engineering brain kept asking: What went wrong? Was there a pattern I missed? Could I have done better?
So I did what any obsessive developer would do—I opened my laptop and started analyzing.
💡 The Breakthrough: Information Theory Meets Word Games
As a Computer Engineer with a CCIE certification, I'm trained to think in systems and optimization. I realized that Wordle isn't just a word game—it's an information-efficiency problem.
Every guess you make either maximizes or wastes information. The best players aren't the ones with the biggest vocabulary—they're the ones who strategically eliminate the most possibilities with each guess.
I spent nights researching entropy theory, letter frequency distributions, and positional patterns. I wrote algorithms. I ran simulations. I tested thousands of starting words.
And then I found it: a combination of entropy scoring and frequency analysisthat could solve nearly any Wordle puzzle in 3-4 guesses—consistently.
🚀 Why I Made It Free
I could have kept this to myself. But that's not why I became an engineer.
I saw my friends losing their streaks. My colleagues getting frustrated. My mom texting me at 6 AM asking, "What's a 5-letter word that starts with QU?" (Sorry, Mom—there aren't many!)
I built WordleSolver.fun because I believe everyone deserves to experience the joy of solving—not the frustration of failing. Whether you use it as a learning tool, a last-resort lifeline, or just to understand the math behind the magic, this solver is for you.
🏆 The Results Speak for Themselves
Today, our solver achieves an average of 3.3 guesses per puzzle—that's better than NYT's own WordleBot in easy mode. We've analyzed over 2,315 possible Wordle words, tracked every puzzle since the beginning, and helped thousands of players protect their streaks.
But more importantly, we've turned panic into confidence. That's what this is really about.
So here's my promise to you: I'll keep updating this solver, keep analyzing new puzzles, and keep making it better. Because I'm still that guy who plays every morning at 6 AM—and I never want to feel the sting of a broken streak again.
